As introduced, prohibits the manufacture, sale, distribution, and offer for use of food packages in this state that contain intentionally added perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances. This bill applies to the use of PFASs in menstrual products, cleaning ingredients, cookware, dental floss, firefighting foam, food packages, cosmetics, textiles, carpets, fabric treatments, upholstered furniture, children's products, ski wax, and any other product containing PFASs not excepted from this bill.
